Amy’s place was really cool and its in a great location, only two blocks from the beach! When we met, she was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I would 100% consider staying here next time I take a trip to South Florida.

Our stay in Pompano Beach was great! Very clean and neat space. Within walking distance of many restaurants. 2 blocks to the beach and Amy provided beach towels and chairs!

Thoroughly enjoyed are stay at New & Blue. It was cozy with a homey atmosphere, very clean and great location. Christopher was readily available for any issues we had. Sorry to have missed Amy but look forward to meeting her on our next visit. We highly recommend Amy and Christopher's Pompano Beach home/unit rentals.

Always enjoy staying at Amy’s cottages. Her cottages are always very clean, a great value and boast a great location. The only bad thing is that her rooms are becoming so popular!

This place is super cute just like the photos! Amy lives in the neighborhood and we met in person coincidentally and she gave us tips on where to go. She even helped my son get a pail for the sand! She was so sweet! She provides beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Def would come back!

Amy’s place was as described. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Clean and had everything we needed. The downside to our stay was Amy’s lack of awareness to safety concerns and childish attitude. This listing fails to inform guests that all of the windows do not lock - this unit is on the first floor & the futon is in the living room. After we were woken up at 7:20AM to Amy watering the plants outside of our unit, aggressively spraying water at the siding of the home/into a visibly open window making a section of our kitchen wet, I went outside to ask how the windows could be locked and was told that “it’s a safe neighborhood and the windows don’t lock” - very concerning. I advised Amy how unsafe that was & her sarcastically response was “yea, I saw at 1:30am you left a window open with the air on..” She opened all windows prior to our arrival, including the small kitchen one we forgot to shut bc it’s located behind the fridge, out of sight. Would NOT stay again.

Amy is the perfect host. She lives nearby and always available to answer questions or help with any concerns. One night she went beyond what is expected after a brief wind storm knocked out power to the area while we were out for the day. She stood outside in the rain waiting for our return to explain what had happened and supply is with candles and flashlights. As it turned out, power was restored within a few hours and all was good. The apartment is clean with modern finishings and perfectly located, only a 4-5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches at Pompano. We highly recommend this AirBnb and host Amy. Thank you for a great week.

Thanks to Amy we had a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Pompano. We were there for 4 days for business but because of the location and closeness to the beach we still had the opportunity to enjoy walks and beautiful sunrises. Close to the fishing pier, restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was clean and tidy with pleasing aesthetics. It had all the necessities without cluttering the space. The area was quiet and felt safe. A lot of locals walked in the mornings and always gave us a welcoming hello. Amy was kind and always available if needed. She definitely made it feel like our home while we were there. Would recommend Amy’s to any friends or family going to Pompano. If we ever visit again I’d check her listings first.

This was our second time staying here within the year. Great location, safe area and walkable to beach and restaurants. Amy is helpful and friendly, she takes pride in her property. We will return a third time.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's place. The unit was just as described and matched the photos exactly. It was recently renovated and everything was new and clean. The neighborhood is also very nice and peaceful even though the rental units are right on the street. But it is not a busy street at all. We had a couple of minor issues but nothing major. There was no facial/bar soap in the bathroom but I got it next morning. There was also construction going on in the neighboring units. We checked in on Thu night and were woken up by the construction noise on Friday morning. It wasn't too bad because we left a little later. But it would have been nice if we had known about the construction ahead of time.

The Amy's space is wonderful and I want to live there (laughs). I really felt at home. The house has everything you need for a great stay and has been recently renovated. Wonderful bathroom and shower, spotless bed and full kitchen. Amy (host) provides beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers, which was very useful. She's very sweet. The place is two blocks from Pompano Beach. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

Such a cute, little place for a perfect beach vacation. The beach is just a short walk away with Walgreens at a perfect stopping point along the way. A comfortable stroll takes you to beach shops, ice cream, restaurants, and bars. Just for full description, there is no sidewalk on the way to the beach until you cross A1A, but both the neighborhood and the walk to the beach felt very safe to me. With shops so close, it's wonderful that the bungalow feels so tucked away - a cozy gathering of bungalows with a courtyard in the center and beautiful flowers all around. The chairs out back were a nice, quiet place to sit. The bungalow is small, but had everything we needed and looked exactly as I expected based on the pictures. We had 3 adults staying together and didn't feel crowded (though we also spent most of our time out and about) I would definitely stay here again if I were in ther area
